This appetizer is the perfect one to serve company before dinner or take to a party.  I asked my mother to pass this recipe along to me when I realized everyone is impressed when this pretty dip presented.  I love it because it fits my criteria…few ingredients, easy to assemble, looks very fancy and it is delicious.    Enjoy!
